Annual Club Bike Inspection

Concessionally-licensed bikes need by law to be inspected for road safety each year and in return you get a considerably reduced licence fee, with restrictions.

This year it was on April 15 and the venue was either Neil’s place in Albany or Huw’s in Perth. They both had busy days with Ronnie and Colin also helping Neil inspect the bikes.

In Albany Robin and Antoinet helped with the paperwork and Chris was on hand to renew Club memberships as well.

          bikes for inspection.
The weather was great and it all went smoothly. It’s also very social with Robin and Antoinet providing cakes and sandwiches, as well as hot drinks. Thanks again to the helpers and inspectors.

Neil does a great job as Machine Registrar and 1st Time Examiner which can be quite demanding at times, but his work is greatly appreciated by Club members.
