Broken
K75S - no wheel drive
Another beautiful summer's day which drew out a big crowd of over 30 bikes and over 40 riders and pillions and a dog.
Not such a good day for John McKinnon who had clutch trouble with his BMW as he left the Amity carpark which stranded him in the middle of Albany Highway.
With the back-up vehicle to the rescue the bike was put on the trailer and taken to John’s house. Maureen was surprised to see his early arrival.
The rest of the crew rode on(unaware of John’s plight) around the foreshore and Mt Clarence surveying the waveless Princess Royal Harbour.

Sheltered
lunch spot at Cheynes
First stop
was the Rusty Bikes
at the Upper Kalgan Tearooms - a
rusty trike and scooter now being added to the collection.
And then
onto Cheynes
Beach where the Penny family were there to meet us.
It really was a great spot right on the beach but very well sheltered. A bit of reconnaissance by the mid week riders found this spot. After lunch was devoured some of the more adventurous jumped in the water for a swim, not all with proper bathers either.
I tried to take a picture of
Ian Alexander but the camera refused to work - very discerning of it!
Most stayed for quite a while chatting and relaxing before heading home.
